Andrew Buckles has a dream. An enthusiastic master of a musical instrument that gets little respect – the air guitar – Andrew is determined to compete in the World Air Guitar Championship held each summer before an audience of more than 3000 spectators in Oulu, Finland. This endearing and witty documentary follows Andrew as he attempts to raise money for his epic journey: from bake sales and to busking (aided by his boom box), while also carefully refining his nimble-fingered technique. Ultimately, Andrew’s quest takes him to Finland — where he discovers many other extraordinary air guitarists .  Let  the games begin…
